  • To host an event at The Derby Den, simply reach out to us through our contact form or by phone. We will help you plan the details, choose a date, and customize the experience to suit your needs, ensuring a memorable celebration.

  • A Pinewood Derby is a racing event where participants create small wooden cars to race against each other on a specially designed track. It’s an excellent way to foster creativity and friendly competition among friends and family.

  • No prior experience is necessary! Whether you’re a seasoned racer or a newcomer, our staff is here to assist you every step of the way, making it easy and enjoyable for everyone involved.

  • Pricing depends on the number of racers and event size. We offer packages for small ($150), medium($175), and large groups($200). Contact us or book a call to get exact pricing for your event.

  • Yes! We’re happy to travel. Events outside Wasatch County may include a small travel fee.

  • We typically arrive 1 hour early to set up the track and timing system so everything is ready before your event starts.

  • We can set up in garages, gyms, halls, or large indoor/outdoor spaces. A flat surface with enough room for the track is ideal.

  • We offer race day packages for groups of all sizes, from smaller events to large gatherings. Whether you have 20 racers or 30+, we’ll help you choose the best option for your group.

  • You can bring your own or purchase kits and ready-to-race cars from us before the big race day.

  • We handle everything—from setup and race coordination to timing and multiple race rounds—so every racer gets a fair and fun experience.

  • We understand plans can change. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to reschedule your event when needed.

  • Our race day experiences are perfect for birthdays, corporate events, church groups, schools, and community gatherings.
